Treating Process:
1.Exhausting process: 0.1–0.8%(O.W.F.) bath ratio: 1:10 –1:30,
temperature: 90 ~100℃×30-40min → wash → dry.
The processing can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
One bath process of scouring hydrogen peroxide bleaching and whitening:
Dosage: 02.-0.8%(o.w.f.) hydrogen peroxide: 5-15g/L
Stabulizer: 1-5g/L NaOH: 2-4g/L
Scouring agent: 0.5g/L bath ratio: 1:10-30
temperature: 90 ~100℃×30-40min → wash → dry
